Apple Shortbread Cookies



1.5 - 2 Cups Almond Pulp (leftover from making Almond Milk)
1/2 Cup soaked flax meal  (measured dry)
1 tsp. molasses
1-2 Tbsp. honey
1 grated apple

Mix and drop on dehydrator, dry per instructions, till crispy and light.
These are awesome. Picture is my first-ever experimental batch.
